They never offered when I went to pick up my pup. They brought us into a room and then had the dog greet us, etc.... I would probably say they would let you, but only do it if you really wanna bring them home who knows the last time they probably really been outside the dog may get to excited and would suck to have to go back inside knowing your not going home.
I wouldn't see why not. Especially if animals are allowed inside.
