If you bring it in, they will scold you for taking a kitten from its mother and then they will threaten to confiscate the cat from you.
Paws chicago dont provide anything for free or with discount, so dont even waste your time
I think the ASPCA has lower cost solutions for you. I'd contact both of them to compare.
