The paws lurie spay and neuter clinic does provide fee and low cost vaccines but only if the animal is spayed or neutered. They also provide the surgery free and low cost it depends on what area you live in check out their website http://www.pawschicago.org/our-work/spayneuter/lurie-clinic/

If you bring it in, they will scold you for taking a kitten from its mother and then they will threaten to confiscate the cat from you.
