Do we need to have an appointment to go or can we just go

Hi there, We are currently operating on an appointment-only basis and not open for walk-ins or emergent cases.

I called and scheduled an appointment. They are doing their best to be safe. No body was allowed inside so I waited outside while the vet assistant took my kitty in for his exam.

U can just go but I would recommend making an appointment so u can be seen faster
