I know one of the markets, I think Grant Grove market, actually sells beer and wine within the park. I'd think it's more for people who are camping there or will have a designated driver at least. The roads are full of twists and turns so if you'll be driving it's definitely not safe.

Yes, you may drink in your campsite. Lodgepole sells beer, wine and more. We drank wine with dinner, just like home. Be safe.

Take a pass on the adult koolaid for a day....enjoy the sights. The twist and turns on the road can be challenging. Stay safe my friend....

I don't think you can take alcoholic beverages at all but I might be wrong. I wouldn't even think of having anything at all especially after driving all that with turns and hills it's not safe at all. I went there like almost two weeks ago and as much as I wanted to have a cold one, I thought about it twice due to the fact that I was already dizzy. I would recommend to drink and still drive through those dangerous roads. I second can take your life away if you are not focus on the road. Not kidding! A lot of people have lost there life because of either drinking or trying to take photos or e.t.c.
