Yes. They have their own parking that usually fills up. There is PLENTY of parking on the street side...

There is a parking lot but fills up fast, however there is ample street parking.

People are coming and going all the time so parking is fine. As far as the neighborhood... Not upscale but we found folks to be quite nice and very helpful.

Yes. But the neighborhood isn't the greatest. Also dress decent. You can just wear shorts and a T-shirt and be allowed in, but you won't fit in.

In my opinion, no. The parking lot behind the building fills up very quickly and when I went, the street parking was also pretty full.
