The place to go for Ramos Gin Fizz. Stayed at the hotel and came to get drinks every night.

Our bartender for the night, Aaron, was absolutely awesome. He shared a lot of info about the history of the sazerac cocktail, rye, and the itself

The place to get the classic, intricate cocktail. While you can go to French 75 for a French 75, or go to the carousel bar for a spin, no bar we visited was up for a perfect execution. Of our version of "stump the band;" a Saczerac, Gin Fizz AND French 75. All perfect. Expensive, but worth it.

Elegant bar and great drinks!

People in shorts and flip flops should change first, but a suit jacket in not required. It's boughie, so dressing up is reccomended.
I haven't tried calling but was just there and they are open. I would try calling the hotel if yoy have no response as I don't think thr bar answers phone calls.
Fewer tables than usual. Sanitizing stations throughout. Must wear mask until served. The staff is consciencious
No music in the Sazarac, but the Fountain has live piano on certain nights. Be sure to ask the Bartender to explain the makings of your Sazarac. Enjoy.....
Yes and it has changed hands few times. Not sure of all the details
Bar serves light snacks I think but I don't think it has much food beyond that. There are other restaurants in the hotel though.
