If you haven't already done so, please check with a physician about your hyperhidrosis. It is usually harmless, but can be associated with serious conditions. If your hyperhidrosis symptoms are exacerbated by anxiety, floatation therapy may help. Floating is very helpful in reducing anxiety, both during the float session and for hours or days afterwards. Some report that floating reveals a new baseline of calmness and that they are able subsequently to draw upon this to help control anxiety. Here's an excellent study on floating and anxiety conducted at the Laureate Institute for Brain Research in Tulsa: http://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0190292.
