Great Tour guide we had who explained everything in a clear and engaging way! If you get the chance do go with a tour guide. These guys run on donations I say go with the suggested donation of 10 dollars if you can!

I will share this idea with the director personally.
At the time, the cost to build the Erie Canal was a little over $7 million dollars. According to Wikipedia, in 2019, it would've cost $114 million dollars.
