Excellent service by Marlena. I bought into the monthly facial subscription for a year to take out 1 day of the month for some form of self care and I’m so glad I did. Her facials are amazing, the treatment works, you feel so relaxed after the facial that when you come home you just want to nap for a couple of hours. I truly look forward to my monthly appointments with Marlene! Just beware - Always confirm that you won’t get charged extra for something more than what your facial consists of. Ask lots of questions. I had an extra $15.99 charge even though I pay the monthly $75 that I was not aware of and wasn’t explained it was due to the high frequency treatment that was added to my facial as I specifically mentioned I wanted what I got the very first time (no changes). I specifically asked twice before my facial if I would get charged anything that day and the response was a clear no. They do have a habit of upselling products and offering extra services but are not clear with the extra charges that’ll show up on your account later on. One has to be cautious and aware and stay on top of it. My 5 star review is just for Marlena as she is fantastic and knows what she’s doing however the management needs to be more clear and honest with members about extra charges and how everything works. Sometimes it appears a little bit sneaky/sketchy.
