For some reason every time I go into this store I do not want a Chanel anymore and feel like I am looking at Aliexpress bags... I seriously don't know what it is about this store and I am local to the area. They show you the most worn out bags ever. I thought it was a lambskin thing at first maybe but I recommend going to the Chanel in Neiman Marcus within the mall, they seem to take better care of the bags!

I was at short hills looking for an item and the one SA named Karen was so nasty to me. She even told me to get away from a bag I was looking at. Horrible attitude. I walked out very upset.

Super rude associate named Ardijana- AVOID HER! Would not recommend her as she has an attitude problem and provided an awful client experience. She has a cold demeanor and was not helpful throughout my shopping trip. I’ve been a loyal Chanel client for over 20 years now, and will make sure to shop at another location moving forward.
