When I first reviewed this place, I gave it five stars. My friend, a woman who originally told me about this place, recently went in for an oil change and inspection. It cost her $200. She showed her car and the service Sullivan's did to a friend who's a mechanic. The mechanic said Sullivan's did unnecessary work. Apparently The place is under new management. The new management is not like the old management, which was honest, and competent. I certainly am not taking my car back there, and neither is my friend.

Sold me a 2012 Honda oddessy. Claimed it had all new everything. I've had it a little over 1 year & I've had to replace front tires, front breaks , sway bars , oil pan had leaks , intake tube , bad alternator , bad timing belt & water pump. I've put more money into parts & labor then I have the van itself 😮‍💨 when I called to confront them about all the things I've had to replace the lady chuckled and told me I bought a van with high milage. Currently getting all my receipts together & filing a complaint with attorney general's. Lemon law should be extended. First car & worst experience.

As the winter approaches, I rely on Sullivan's to prepare my Saturn every Fall, to be sure all is good to get me through the cold days ahead. And I am never disappointed. They are just wonderful,with a smile and listen when I feel something is wrong they will check it out completely.Sometimes it may just be me being a worrier. They know how I drive and take the time to look to be sure. They are ALWAYS there when I need them and that gives me a piece of mind.
