Oof .. first, welcome to Missouri. You are about to embark on a nightmare of a system here though. For the driver's license you'll need proof or residence and a birth it marriage certificate and a light bill or a bank statement as a second form of ID. I would take in your old id as well if you have one. To get the car registered you need a waiver of property tax so they will not make.you pay that right away. I think the waiver gives you a year to not have to pay .. proof of insurance , we took our title and tax papers and everything we could come up with so we wouldn't be missing anything. A complete list is on the website.. but I will say from experience that the tax waiver is a headache to get.
