I have always enjoyed an experience with some good guys with great knowledge about CoinFacts and very fair prices. Don’t go where they don’t treat you like anything more than respectful.

Have always found what I need there, very interesting to take my teenager to see the coins. Good price on generic silver.
cee gee
Great prices

Had the best experience here today. Lee and his staff were so helpful and knowledgable about the coins I brought in. I will be back here for sure! Highly recommend!!!!

Google the going rate for an oz of gold, then, you can expect at least 80 percent of that if you sell it. Some places will offer more, some will offer less, depends where you go. I personally wouldn't sell it for any less than 80 percent of going rate.
Gold is over $100. Depends on what someone wants to pay. Dealers will try to buy 60 to 70% of value. Try ebay
Go to you tube and look up blue ridge silver hound or couch collectibles. Check for errors and these other answers are for normal circulation and not for collectibles. If either offer you anything from here that is under $500.00 after their replies. They have as little knowledge as the people on the phone.
They are different and even I have my doubts when I go in if they are giving me the best deal. That is a gamble not knowing and have to trust strangers.
Yes we do--generally value is based on silver content unless condition is better than average circulation.
Yes we buy old gold and rare coins at very competitive prices.......please get another bid and then get ours, I think that is the best comparison. Thank you for the inquiry.
I do not know of anyone locally who has expertise in those items. If they are properly attributed and in "collectible" condition we might have an interest. You might try send some images of the items to some online dealers.
That is a very scarce and desirable rare coin. We would have to see the coin to properly evaluate--but it is worth well over $1000. if as described. I would caution you that there are many "copies" in the market place that are worthless.
Sorry. You'd need to ask the coin guy
Yes. both ungraded and graded
Call Americana collectors and have them direct you to someone.
Unfortunately it is an interesting coin but very common. Not worth bringing it in. Thank you for your inquiry.
They do sell 1 oz of various types, pricing depends on the type you choose
that would indicate 18K gold and is purchased by weight.
Probably worth 5 cents, unless it's a proof, or slabbed and graded
Unfortunately unless you have an extremely rare date. It is only worth a penny. Numismatic guides are available online
Value is dependent on condition--these were likely "unissued" notes or remainders but still collectible. Usually $50-$100. range?? silver dollars you mentioned usually around $15-20. per
Yes it's just worth .25 cents. However; if it's in really nice condition it's kinda fun to present it to someone born in that year, or graduated, ect.. It's a simple gift that only costs you a quarter but pays dividends if thoughtfully spent.
A whopping $0.01! Unless you find a collector that needs it and will pay more. However, don't expect any more than 25 cents maximum. Sorry to break it to you, but even 1944 isn't old enough to command much from a penny.
I agree with first answer, the date and how many were produced can make all the difference. I will add one caveat, it could be plated or worse, painted gold. Which would mean it not worth anymore than face value. My suggestion is to take it in to the great guy's at Americana Collectors, and they will assess the coins value. Then you can choose what you would like to do with it.
They do deal in some rare coins and Bill's but I personally do not because the value can fluctuate drastically
I got a dollar for ya,...... $1 for your dime.
It depends. Is it a gold bullion coin or silver? I have several 5 dollar ones and they are .9999 fine gold. If its gold then we are not talking about face value. We are talking about weight.
Whew, I sure am glad Americana was able to answer this, because I probably would have said something like, well, no, they only buy horizontals from that time period. Good luck with this one guys.
I would recommend calling to find out. I don't think they do, but cannot say for sure. However, if you were to call, if they do not, I'm sure they could tell you who might be in the market to purchase such a collection.
Well, to me this question has serious typo's, or something is very wrong. For instance, are you telling me you have a dog bell in the shape or likeness of a dollar? No, no, I assume you mean hundred dollar bill, right? I also assume you left out a "0" at the end of the numbers, otherwise reading the numbers backwards would NOT be the same. As for what I assume you are asking in this whole mess of a question, the value of your hundred dollar bill is $100.00, I hope I was of assistance in solving your curiosity.
My advice, take it in and let the guy at Americana look it over. He is an expert, and will tell you details about the coin honestly. He then will appraise it with accuracy. He is quite fair, I think the best in the city. His offers are always better than anyone else I have ever delt with accross town.
DEPENDING ON WHAT FORM YOUR GOLD IS IN WE PAY UP TO 99%. YOU ACTUALLY BROUGHT IN BARS WHICH WE PAID YOU 96%. THANK YOU FOR THE BUSINESS!
It just depends on if they are rare in good condition
Morgan or peace? Condition is everything, at worse silver is around 15 ounce right now
No
Yes, I believe so.
Yes depending on what it is Lee will take care of you
American Collection can and will tell you if they are worth any value, but you will probably have to take them in. I have dealt with them a lot and they are very reputable.
I would take it there and see what they say . I have dealt with them a lot latley . I feel they are very reputable.
Yes
