This is a place where I can focus and concentrate without distraction. That's one big thing I'm looking for in a library. Many times, public libraries can be loud with children's programs, etc. This branch is quiet. I love being able to study and focus when I come here. It is also one of the most aesthetically beautiful libraries in the area.

You will need to look at the holdings in the website and possibly call the Library.
If you take the information you have into the genealogy center, they will help you get started! The people are knowledgeable and kind! Just let them know what you want and that you don't know what you are doing and they will help get you on the right track!
Yes please
You'll probably have to call the Examiner newspaper to purchase. Midwest Genealogy only has back issues to read not sell.
There's no fee unless you need a print out or copies of documents which is 10 cents each.
I work there, yes you can. Front desk, ask to schedule it and use your library card to do so
They should be open 1pm to 7pm on Sundays
Yes, the Midwest Genealogy Center is part of the Mid-Continent Public Library system.
I expect they do. Give them a call.
All MCPL branches are completely free to use. The only cost is if you’d like to print your findings. Black and white prints are 10 cents a page.
