You have to stay online in line. You can't just walk in. Start early. I checked in at 7:30am and didn't get in until 2:50pm.
Ricky is correct. You need an appointment unless it's something you can drop off like tag renewal forms or dropping iff a lien release form to obtain your title.
You can walk in and use the kiosk for renewal and the send your sticks and registration by mail .

No they won't accept you that way. They are at capacity today. I know it's not what you wanted to hear. if you were to go in person the security guard will ask to see your phone to see if you got in line. If not he will tell you to leave and come back another day.
