No need for an appointment. Just give it to the person in the front that is at the cart on wheels. They will mail you the title in 7-10 business days. Just dropped mine off Monday.
You will need to take a copy of the lien release from whoever financed your vehicle and make an appointment via get in line Jo Co app. They'll mail you your title within one or two weeks.
