Jeff Kershenbaum did a pre-addressed envelope not come with it? If not there is a box outside the door at that address where they accept renewals/tagging etc that if you went there you could ask, I was there less a month ago they offered for me to use the box told me it'd only take a few days to receive tag in the mail..
