Do I need to have a membership to access the indoor pool at 5am? Also with 3 lap lanes open during that time, would I have a time limit on using it in case more than 3 people arrive to use it?

You can always buy a day pass for the entire facility at the front desk. As for a time limit at 5 AM; While there i have not noticed a large wait line at that time. Im fairly sure with the Aquatics Center literally next door, you will not be competing much for the space. Arrive early and I'm sure you won't have any issues.
