Do you have water aerobics? And open lap swimming and if so, do you sign up for membership or pay as you go. I have multiple sclerosis and I really need water therapy.

We do have water-based fitness classes. Our classes can either be taken as a member or drop in. Drop in fees are $8 per class for residents or $10 per class for non-residents.
