Is there still construction going on out on the broad walk? Don't want the view of construction equipment and a blocked view of the lake on our vacation.

If you want a view of Lake Superior, get an upper floor view, over construction fence. Noise started at 7 am when we were there June 20th.

Yes still going on but this is the nicest hotel and only during the day. Quiet in the evening and night. I stayed on city view side. Wasn't an issue.
