I have never had a hotel screw up the billing so badly. It is taking me hours upon hours to figure out what they did. They double and triple charged me for what were already very expensive rooms. When I called and they have now supposedly fixed it, they have not just credited back the overcharged amount but rather a quagmire of multiple amounts. Having to sort through it all to make sense of it. Further no explanation is given by staff of what was done even though I called back to find out. They just keep sending me the same statement from checkout with no information explaining what is going on. In addition while we were there they rarely had any front desk staff anywhere. If this had not been my only choice for the wedding we attended over Grandma's weekend, I would have never picked them and will never again. 7/16 - adding after response makes it seem like I am just reading my bill incorrectly. The double and triple charges were on my bill well over 2 weeks from our stay. Hotel staff indicated this needed fixing. So no, this isn't just me misunderstanding. Hotel staff has not communicated well on this issue. This was not just our rooms but this happened across a whole block of rooms for a wedding. I have heard from others who had the same issue.

Not a very good experience. After being on the road for ten hours looking forward to having a place to rest. When we were trying to check in early in the mourning the lady at front desk was very poorly trained, then after finally getting checked in we made it to our room in which we had NO towels of any kind then when asked she couldn't find any other that a towel marked pool on it. Also bedding in cabinet wasn't folded just rolled up and left that way. Just had the feeling that it had not been cleaned and nothing had been changed out.

I reserved a room and got there late. The fella helping me did the best he could but could not get me checked in because of equipment messing up. I decided to go to another place to stay, no big deal. I get charged the full amount and call up there for them to tell me that I checked in at 5pm and checked out at 11am the next day. TOTALLY INCORRECT. I didn't stay there at all. I have been on and off the phone with this place all day, put on hold for 30min plus to be told they are working on it. Please do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else during your visit to Duluth. They will take your money and give you the run around. UPDATE: After having waited all day to hear back I get a voicemail from TONY saying "if I would have been a little more patient" after being on hold for 30 min plus. I understand people get busy but replying to a customer with this is absolutely unacceptable. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!!

Positive: This location has always been a favorite for us. Usually we have a good experience. Staff fixed the tv that wasn't working and were polite. Negative: Room not touched for the entire visit, including trash, despite asking. Room was not accessible as reserved, "computers were down" and that was why, did not solve the problem, not empathetic or concerned. Multiple other issues including elevator out.

Yes, we have a door going into the bathrooms, as well as doors going into the closets. We do have a few rooms that have a door connecting to another king suite.
