I've never seen anyone with coolers. I personally take cold water bottles and stick them in my bag. I have seen people take in subway sandwiches and other items in their pool bag as well.
We do not allow outside food and drinks inside the park. You can leave as much as you like to go to your car. Just remember to get your hand stamped.
