This was our first time visiting and we had a great experience at the The DugoutKC. We needed to get some machine pitch practice in for my young son and daughter. Aaron, & Christy were eager to help. Aaron even gave a few pointers on batting that we had been missing. It greatly helped my son make contact with the ball and turned the entire experience into a win win for the family...no more frustration. Thanks again and we will be back soon.

I’m visiting Kansas City from New York and I needed a place to practice my hitting for softball. I went in there just to hit the tee but ended up getting a full on training session from Aaron and Kristy! Kristy saw me struggling trying to hit and watch a YouTube training video at the same time and jumped in to help! Soon enough Aaron came in to help me as well! I went from feeling terrible to confident and I can’t thank them enough! Can’t wait to go back and I highly recommended you check them out as well! ❤️❤️❤️

We had a birthday party at The Dugout and it was an amazing experience. Super friendly and accommodating. We had a mixture of adults and kids playing the whole time and we all had so much fun. 100% recommend.
