This area services Independence busses and the KCATA 24 bus that run M-Sat during the day. The 16 bus runs early morning and late afternoon and is an express which stops at the Metro Transit Center.

Its okay but the bus system in Independence has an issue with the buses being on time in the evening to meet up with each other. The drivers are quick to excuse their lack of timeliness on the traffic

Kcata/RideKC can be reached at 816 221 0660. Ride KC is the catchall for Independence, Johnson County, and Kansas City in KS and MO busses. Independence has a transit center at Truman and Noland. Johnson County's is at Johnson Drive.

Just ask any of the bus drivers, an they'll give you a paper bus map with all the bus routes on it.
