They never have enough staff since being taken over from original owner they have gone down hill long line weekday had multiple times they didn't have bagels new owner is terrible service terrible

Terrible hostesses so extremely rude. Went for breakfast and we asked for our usual waitress and were told she was full. Meanwhile she was standing right there telling us to get the corner table. Unbelievable this ex waitress hostess was so rude. I recommend Keke's right up the street at forest Hill and 441 they have much better food, service, and prices. Really old heavy set red headed lady. She had the personality of the monsters in the basement in the first evil dead. I'm not one for such a negative review but this was what other customers there said is the new norm. Poor service, high prices and just ok food. Save your money and try a different place that you can enjoy.
