Please Don't Purchase from City Furniture!!!! I just scammed by City Furniture Warranty, They refuse to do any service for my Leather Livingroom, When I purchased this living room they told me pay extra $360 this is will cover everything any scratch or damage and if we couldn't fix it, we will going to replace the whole piece, I usually not believes these warranties But I thought that City Furniture is big company and they care about their customer. But, unfortunately, City furniture stole my money and like any scam warranty. there was no different between City furniture and other small furniture retailer. I advise everyone don't purchase their furniture, Any small retailer cheapest and same service or better at the end. I am so sad that this happened from big company like City Furniture I am looking for attorney to help me with this scam warranty.

Jaime Bonilla at the Wellington, Fl store is my sales rep. I ordered a mirror and received an invoice and delivery date. Delivery date came and went with no mirror. I looked on-line and the order had been cancelled. I called Jamie's extension, left messages, emailed directly, and called customer service. I have had zero response from Jamie or anyone from the store. Will NEVER shop there again, and will move my business elsewhere. Shoppers beware. They are nice in the store before you buy, but after that you can expect zero customer service. Update*** in response to the below, you have my email and phone number. You have not returned my calls or emails.

Whoever buys from these guys must be willing to give money away for FREE. I purchased $8700 from these FRAUDS about 1 year back and they turned around and tell me ALL I PURCHASED WAS BACKORDERED. They started shipping things in PIECES! Finally the last piece of fortunate arrived for my kids bed and they REFUSED TO ASSEMBLE IT BECAUSE IT WAS DAMAGE! Now they want me to pay for the new piece of the bed. they used my home as a TEMP STORAGE FACILITY, they sold goods they DID NOT HAVE AVAILABLE, they lied about delivery times, they DAMAGE MY WALLS, THEY DAMAGE MY CEILING, THEY DAMAGE MY FLOORS, and to make matters even worst THEY REFUSE TO ASSEMBLE THIS FURNITURE LAST PIECE OF FURNITURE! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! GO TO ROOMS TO GO! THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN THERE!

Hi! All associates wear face masks, stand 6 feet away from each other and guests in order to practice social distancing standards, and the furniture is sanitized before and after testing. Our guests are required to wear a face mask to enter the premises and also stand at a safe 6 distance away from our associates and other guests. Thank you!
No they don't. They refused after they delivered a second broken couch and damaged my walls. They just delivered and assembled a third broken couch and wouldn't take it with them. Company policy they said.
