We went for breakfast as a family. The person who takes the orders difficult to understand and did not make the slightest effort. Cold food. How unpleasant to taste a cold egg. Bad care. I do not recommend it. Have breakfast at home. I assure you that it will be delicious and you will save money

Ordered delivery and although they checked it on the receipt we did not receive our bread. We all know the bread is the best part of ordering Panera. They wouldn’t deliver the bread when I called them, told me I had to pick it up which I cannot, hence why I ordered and paid more for delivery in the first place. My salad also had rotten tomatoes in it.

Not that great in this location. It is the ordering line which crowds up. Only space for 3 people, 6-feet apart inside waiting on line. And every time I've been to this location, people crowd in closer than 6-feet apart. Plus those waiting on the ordering line clog up the only passage to exit. I've NEVER been able to either enter or exit and keep 6-feet apart at this location from people waiting on line to order. NEVER. Other Panera locations have much better layouts where it can accommodate social distancing and not interfere with exit flows. Like the Lake Worth location on Lantana Rd. ALSO the coffee station is located right on top of the most crowded part of the waiting line. Besides people being too close while mixing my coffee, I get the feeling of almost being breathed upon...they stand THAT close while waiting to order. Bad layout!!!!!
The cups debuted in New York, Los Angeles, and a handful of other major cities today, USA Today reported, and will be at all Panera locations by the end of September.
