Bring comfortable shoes to walk and water especially during hot days. It's a beautiful place with endless things to see from gardens, flowers, and art. Get here early too so you can capture as much as you can.

Japanese garden it has a beautiful scenery with beautiful architecture...make sure you don't get to close to the little tiny trees ( bonsai tree's) because the alarm will sound and you will get on trouble. I saw to happened to a couple of guys.

Amazing experience there! There is a lot to do and to see since there are a bunch of gardens, personally I think that the Chinese and Japanese gardens are the best. Also very good for kids since they can run and play in tons of places.

Review for February 21st 2022. The Huntington Japanese garden is located within the Huntington Library located in San Marino California. It is a beautiful place to come and visit and chill and relax and meditate. They are some hike Trails here that you can take. There's lots of walking and lots of things to see and take pictures. Beautiful place hidden within the Los Angeles County. I'm not guilty, to say that I absolutely love the Japanese garden. It closely resembled the authentic Gardens in Japan. I am very excited to be able to review this place because I really enjoyed it. I definitely recommend anyone coming here to come visit this peaceful tranquil part of California's history.

It's absolutely. There's a huge parking lot and it's categorized by letters so you won't get lost. On top of that, it is absolutely free. You do have to pay the admission fee to go inside the estate.
The entrance is on Orlando, the cross street is Allen.
We did see a wedding party. But there are restricted areas. I would call to confirm.
The Huntington Library charges an entry fee, $29 for adults. They allow service animals.
You need to purchase tickets (or reserve tickets if you're a member). Tickets are released every Tuesday at noon at huntington.org.
Got a notification to answer this as I went there recently, however I went with a group and I got in for free. However what I will say is that I would have paid well over $25 for the garden they have. Whatever it costs if you enjoy nature it's worth it
