Hands down the best trash company I've ever used! I don't understand any of the negative reviews.. I've never had an issue.. and my friends/neighbors/and family all use them and love them too. Added bonus that they are locally owned unlike most companies around here now!

I called today about my yard waste not being picked up ... once again I encountered one of the super rude "no customer service" people in the office that everybody talks about. I can't understand why I am talked down to when the company is the one who erred (did not pick up my yard waste). The fact this rudeness continues means it is a company culture.

Worst trash company ever rude won't pick up all the trash just what they want and when you ask the rude guy on the back he says it's not his problem and he was rude in front of my kid

you have to either call and have yard waste tags mailed to you or go down there and buy them. they are about 1.50 per tag

Per our policy we allow an 8 bag limit per regular household service. And if you have our cart then you get the cart plus 3 to 4 bags to the side. But we pride ourselves on customer service and sorry for any inconvenience this has brought you..

No car tires, batteries, waste oil, Hazardous waste,wet paint, or items with Freon. Also any bulk items or construction debris need to be called in for a special pickup the day before your normal scheduled pickup day.
CDL class A or B with air brake endorsement required. Pay rate depends on experience.
Generally we prefer them to be 4ft by 4ft and rolled up and tied. And you can either contact the office for the charge or have them ask the driver to p/u and give cost.

Teds picks up both days. Every day should be one day later. So, if trash is usually picked up monday, will be picked up tuesday. Tuesday trash will be picked up Wednesday and so on. Friday trash will be picked up saturday. 💪
