I was on I 70 west when one of their officers got on the interstate somewhere around mile maker 13 or 14. I was going 65 the officer merged on to the inertate at 60 and merged infront of me at that speed. He slowed down to 55, I slowed down to maintain my following distance. The officer then turned his lights on and slammed on his breaks. I was loaded at about 70,000lbs I had to swerve into the left lain to avoid hitting him. They should take their officers back to driver's Ed to teach them.how to drive before handing them a firearm and putting them in a position of power. This was absolutely ridiculous.

Dispatcher was rude, called in an incident for my mom who was in fear of her life. She had called twice for someone threatening her life with a weapon trying to break into her house and was told “we can’t do anything it’s a civil matter” and nothing was done. I then called And Was told nothing would happen since I was the one to call and not my mom. Very unprofessional, worst dispatch encounter EVER!

You should call a desk officer, or better yet a lawyer
None at all
If i put civil court thats vague of me i apologize. Im not a lawyer. So this is not advuce, itswhat i woukd do in your position....i wouldgoogle mo.gov and make a report to the attorney general. The the liutenant governor, then the governor himself. Next i would contact the state highway patrol... Jackson county then jackson county prosecuting attorney. My state senator and my congressman. Sounds like a long list, but i would write a incident report with all the details. Names date. Badge numbers .witnes black marker thru the names and exact details (and go thru linkedin.then i would put out a personal ad asking if it had ever happened to someone else.then i would check each persons background .Requestcthe duty roster for that plus the sergeants notes. Hopefully you went to thd doctor. The freedom of information Act is awesome. As well as free speech and the right to protest. Take
Yea that trailer park there says it all
Go to Missouri CaseNet
Contact the police non emergency number or go to the police department I would assume. It depends on the dollar value of the dog since they're considered property.
