Labor laws are very restrictive to minors under the age of 16. We do occasionally hire a 15 year old, but only if they understand these restrictions and do not try to work around them. 15 year olds can only work until 7 PM during the school year and no more than 18 hours/week. Over the summer, they can work until 9 PM with less hourly restrictions.
