I'm a first time visitor and I WILL NEVER RETURN DUE TO THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED WITH MANAGEMENT WHEN CORRECTING MY ORDER. I ordered a burger for my mom and myself to go we wanted to try their burgers for the first time. They added a condiment my mother SPECIFICALLY EMPHASIZED NOT TO. After the drive home at 6 pm and we both gets at down and realized we first called and was asked for receipt # which was in car and I was informed I needed it to even talk about fixing it by the Mgr. I then was truly upset and drove back with the burger minus 1 bite and expected a remade burger an apology and a coupon for one equal value burger for the future due to all the hell and 30 minutes in between which my burger got cold in. The manager actually shook her head absolutely not all she would do was remake the one made wrong and then actually shooed me off with her hand and looked past me and asked the customer to order. There's so many great burger places in Denver that there's no need to return.

I went in to get a meal tonight a 3-24-2022 at 8:36 pm and the workers were very rude and unprofessional. no customer service I was disrespected by the girl that was at the register I asked for a cup for water and she gave me a snotty remark and rolled her eyes. I am a regular customer and I am very unhappy I pay good money for a meal here and they treat me disrespectful...hope the managers see this...

5 guys delivered an epic burger today. I always forget how stupid large the large fry is. I customize my burger every time and am always pleased with how it turns out. I'm always hesitant because the price is a bit more than your average joint. But this place holds up every time.

Tried the cheeseburger, fries and milkshake. Fries was great and massive portion. The burger was juicy, and good just wished fried egg was an option to add. The service was fast, and courteous. Miss those peanuts from pre pandemic. Overall I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that loves burger and fries. All their food seemed fresh, and not made from frozen products.
