Every. Single. time. That I order ANY tea at all. It ALWAYS tastes SOUR. Soda is fine, no issues. Don't order any tea, especially in the morning! They don't change it out from the night before and it goes bad and they still use it the next day. This has happened at this location specifically more times than I care to admit to.

Absolutely unprofessional... we sat in the drive thru on a FRIDAY night for 25 minutes. 2 drive thru lanes and they still took 1 order at a time. Only saw 5/15 cars get taken care. We finally get to the speaker. Sit another 3 minutes then all the sudden everything goes black. I get if youre closing down for the night but the attendant literally said "sorry for the inconvenience but we ran out of food" We just laughed and drove off. This is not the first time weve had an awful experience here. They ALWAYS close early or just take forever ... I would rather drive 20 minutes away then ever go to this location again. In need of a major overhaul.

Service is usually fast only problem is that i give my rewards code but they dont use it, something is missing or not right in my order. Last i went i ordered a medium Minute made Strawberry instead got a small mango, showed my receipt clearly printed and without even acknowledging it was told "its what we got on the screen its what you get" i guess this type of customer service is commonly "what you get" since its not the first time that has happened to me

The absolute worst!!! If I could give negative stars I would. I am on vacation with a friend and we were starving so stopped in the drive thru on the way to hotel by Uber. We were the last car before closing at midnight. The lady shut the screen off and wouldn’t turn it on to place an order.. so I was told they couldn’t make a quarter ponder so I ordered 4 double cheeseburgers, 3 large fries, Dr Pepper and a sweet tea.And totalled $26. We pulled up to the window and received the drinks… which they gave me an iced coffee that tasted like it sat all day instead of sweet tea. Then said they didn’t have any more tea so they gave me a Dr Pepper … then as we pulled off we got to the hotel and realized that the only thing in the bag was 3 large fries… NOT EVEN ONE SINGLE BURGER AT ALL. So I paid $26 for 3 fries and 2 drinks… it was absolutely ridiculous
