96° day in Denver. Went here after the hot zoo. This place had air conditioning on high, it was so comfortable. This restaurant was a smaller satellite store but very efficient and fast. It was tidy clean and smelled nice. Staff was professional and nice.

The person gave me the wrong order and too much cash back, so I noticed the order was wrong. I returned the bag and told her what my order was. Then they gave me the bag back, then realized what I was telling them. They finally gave me the correct bag. I tried to return the extra cash they had give me. I finally left the drive thru, dissatisfied and confused. What happened to their customer service?

I’m not looking for over the top friendliness, but whoever was working the drive through today should work at Popeyes instead. Extremely rude, and not only that messed up the order. Said “you weren’t charged for the mac and cheese so do you still want it” at that point it’s like no I’m good since you want to have an attitude, I don’t even want to deal with you all.

I treat myself to their breakfast every other day to start my day off right but honestly what really makes my day is seeing the hard workers here like Gaby, Violeta, and especially Kim. You all deserve a gold medal. Thank you for always being so kind and having a smile on!

Exceptional! just like their usual above and beyond service!
Hi Julio, Thanks for reaching out. Please come to the store and ask for one of our managers. We would love the opportunity to meet you and chat with you. If you would like to call ahead our number is 303-377-1117. If you stop by it is best to come during a slower time of day for example between 230 pm and 430 pm. We look forward to seeing you. Thank you again.
I would call or stop by and ask.
Thanks for your question:). The first Colorado Chick-fil-A restaurant opened in 1978 in the food court of the Town Center at Aurora (not really Denver proper) but the Front Range. Thanks for your response Casey and Paul. Appreciate you all. Looking forward to seeing you soon!
