It's what I expect from Wendy's. Good quality food and good service. The lobby and dining are clean and the restaurant is well kept.

Girl in 2nd drive thru window today legit slammed ketchup packs into my hand, some fell on the ground outside my car. I ordered a frosty and medium fries, that’s it. I understand that working in fast food is difficult, however it literally cost nothing to be nice to people, especially if that’s your job. I know now not to come back here.

I was in a healthy mood. So, I grabbed a grilled chicken sandwich and a parmesan salad. I had the sandwich for lunch and the salad for dinner. I the got some salsa I had at home and used it as salad dressing, instead of the Wendy's dressing. I'mglad they have healthy options too.

This place is the worst. But, I'm forced to stop by it after each Avalanche game as people want fast food and Good Times started closing earlier. The worst service I've received so far was around 10:30pm on 1/14/22. I always go through the drive thru. There were 4 of us in the car, no one heard anything about taking our order. About a minute later, a voice comes on, "Heloooooooo. Is anyone there? Do you wanna order or not?" I answered, "Sorry didn't hear you." Her response was, "Well, I've been here. So you wanna order or not?" As she took our order, it was like a robot with an attitude. She didn't even bother saying our total or to drive around. It's like she took this job so she could pay for her cell phone bill. Customer service has just been thrown out of the window since the pandemic began.
