Don't go here if you like sauce. They will give you one for an entire order, and make you pay 50¢ each extra! No other McDonald's has done this to me. I need more than one sauce for 4 lg fries, and not paying $2 more for it. Go elsewhere.

I came up to the counter and started to place my order. I asked how much it would be for tomato’s and the lady said maybe 60 cents and then I asked to see what the total would be with it and told me then it would be 90 cents to add. So I asked for a hot and spicy with no mayo and after I got my order I opened it up and it had mayo. So I went back up to the front and ask for it to have no mayo and she instantly said oh well you didn’t ask for it. That is very unexceptional and very rude. Working in customer service, you don’t say that to someone, you fix the issue and move on. She had a horrible attitude the whole time I was there eating. She was slamming the cash draw shut every time she had to open it. I haven’t felt so much adrenaline run through my body. And I hope this gets taken care of.

Everytime I come here I experience the same manager. An older guy in his 50 or 60s who is always rushing and never giving any customer service. When you place an order on the mobile app you can add condiments for free. Even when it's placed on the order he refuses to give you any without paying. There has been many occasions where I try to speak with him but his additude on his job is the worst that I've seen. Only reason I even go to this location is because it's next to my job and helps save when on a budget. If you have a choice to go else where please do. Also give someone else his job please. You'll keep employees and probably have a better location too.

It was an okay visit, kind of impersonal. They have order kiosks and signs all over the counter to order through the kiosk, (which I actually prefer anyway). But they just put your order in a bag and hand it to you, not rudely just here ya go...not much of an opportunity to go above and beyond like there newest ad campaign wants you to believe. Also, this particular night I ordered Chicken Nuggets, they were awful, hope I just got them on an "off" night and they don't serve those type of Nuggets daily.
