Takes 30 minutes to get through the line. Wow JUST PATHETIC. ASKED WHY IS IT TAKING SO LONG THE GIRL SAID ( IM THE ONLY ONE HERE) TACO BELL WHY ARE U EVEN OPEN WITH ONLY 1 PERSON WORKING. DURING LUNCH TIME IN DOWNTOWN DENVER. CLOSE YOUR DOORS.

Ordered Fries, a Drink and a Frosty. Got our Drink and fries almost immediately after paying but had to wait an extra 5-10 minutes for our frosty which they completely forgot about. We were asked if we ordered a cheeseburger to which we responded “we’re still waiting on our frosty” they scoffed at us and handed us a frosty that was sitting on the counter next to them which was melted. They also forgot to give us utensils. I had to go inside to get a spoon and was once again greeted with bad customer service.

I enjoyed my meal. These days, I order my burger "fresh" so it's done, but nice and juicy. Otherwise, the standard is well done. Love those fries too.

They close early every night, leaving me without a chance to get food after a long days work. Employees are lazy and the management doesn't honor his commitment to stay open during normal operating hours.

It was more than likely a Telecom issue with their headsets.
