Poor quality very expensive. Grilled chicken wrap is salty and not grilled. Jalapeno poppers we're not cooked properly still raw. Diet coke was mostly soda water. Over $13 for this poor quality meal. I won't go to Sonic again. This location has gone downhill.

What a terrible experience! When I asked if they had the new drink being advertised, the young man said "yes". Long story short- our family left the location with 4/5 of our drinks made incorrectly- after asking multiple times. Having to tell him how to begin to fix it after he tried to argue with me until I showed him a picture. He clearly did not know what he was doing, but gave me a poor attitude and no apologies. 2 stars are for the drinks- not made properly, still delicious!

The shake I got tasted like a slushy. It was grainy and flavorless. You could barely tell it was milk. I circled around to go back through the drive-thru and got a replacement, which the young kids at the window kindly did (and upgraded me from a small to a medium). Unfortunately this was no better. Grateful for the guy at the window who replaced it free of charge for me and upgraded me and for the normal tasting corn dog I got. But a shake shouldn't taste like a slushy. That machine probably needed to be serviced.

Be A Lot easier to hear people and take orders without having to ask them to repeat constantly for every meal order. When we say the size, drink, and side multiple times and our chicken wraps are mostly lettuce and 2 pieces of chicken thats not right. Maybe if you don't have headphones in your ears when your working register you'd do better... horrible customer service
