Horrible and rude!!! They people working here want a higher pay but yet cannot do their jobs correctly or even know decent customer service.

Absolutely horrible service. No idea what has happened lately—if they’re under new management or new ownership, but has gone COMPLETELY downhill. Got my entire order incorrect because the person at the drive thru window couldn’t understand what I wanted. I was ordering right off the menu, using menu terms. I repeated myself 15 times and waited patiently for him to figure out what he was doing for 5 minutes at the menu. Then the person taking payment completely ignored me when I asked for her to repeat my order back. I now have an egg muffin when I wanted a sausage biscuit (I don’t eat eggs) and sweetened coffees when I’m a diabetic. Perfect!! Thanks a lot for wasting my money. Throwing all of this in the trash, because I can’t eat it. Also, they don’t answer their phone. Normally wouldn’t leave any review, but I’m flabbergasted.

Well... This location has definitely stepped up it's game from five years ago. Fries are always hot and fresh. Burgers are usually good. However they do seem to have some problems with other items on the menu, serving them cold (made too quick) or old or incorrect frequently.. If they can replace my order, I will make this a four star review, as this location has improved a LOT
