Needed dry ice, and they had it. Knowledgeable staff. I've had dealings with Oxarc in the past, all positive.

Be careful having anything repaired by them! I was given a estimate of $60-65 to have a regulator rebuilt. When I picked it up the bill was $99.94. They never called that it was going to be that much more. I could get a new Victor 450 regulator for $110 online. Will never deal with them again.

They fill the propane tank for my BBQ. No reason to go anywhere else.

Walk in with the intent of switching out a 10# co2 tank and upon arriving at the counter the two gentleman in the office pretty much ignore me. After waiting for 90 seconds or so they finally greet me and one of them (a bald guy) asks me, "what's it for"? I said "homebrewing" and he replies in a snarky attitude "your company is homebrewing"? And I said "oh sorry no its usually under my name" he said again in a rude tone "so it's a cash sale"? I replied "well do you guys except debit"? He retorts "what I mean by cash is this a company purchase" As if it's common knowledge. The other guy comes back and let's me know they are "out" of 10# and 5# tanks. This is the second time I've been treated like this in two months. If they weren't the only outfit out here I'd go somewhere else.

#1. If the fire extinguisher cylinder is completely empty, meaning no powder or liquid in the cylinder and does not have any pressure, you can unscrew the valve and recycle it yourself. #2. If the dry chemical or liquid filled fire extinguisher cylinders is partially or completely full, you can: A. Bring the extinguisher cylinders into your local Oxarc location and pay a disposal fee of $8.00 per cylinder to have them disposed of. B. Take the extinguisher cylinders to your local dump. Go to the hazardous waste material area for them to dispose of cylinders.
It depends on the valve on the cylinder. If you call the store they should be able to answer your question
