I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star but it makes you when trying to write a review. This is absolutely the worst location we've ever been to. We live very close to here so that's why we choose to come to this particular location but after today absolutely not I will drive out of my way to go to a different restaurant. We come almost every day and I kid you not something is always wrong with our order. Today tho was the final straw. We ordered 2 combos and please correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't combo mean drink, fries and what ever the main item is. Well according to them I only ordered 1 combo okay if thats the case then I shouldn't have received 2 drinks hmm.... but even after showing then the recipt (multiple times) they still insisted I only ordered 1 combo and proceeded to ask me if I want to pay for another large fry, um negative you will give me the fries I already paid for. The manager (a Hispanic lebian) was very rude and unprofessional and very persistent that I was wrong. The young man at the window didn't seem like he even had a clue on what to do. Horrible customer service and even worse quality.

I really like this one! The orders are done correctly, the food comes out hot and fresh!!! The drive thru workers are very friendly 🙂

Order is always wrong. Order extra anything you get none. Order none of something you get extra. Ordered a double quarter pounder and it looks like they put together two old patties that already had heavy ketchup and mustard when I asked for no mustard. Not even close to closing time and no rush.

This place was emaculant. Roach free and the fries were not soggy. Extra crispy extra salty just the way fast food should be. The staff was cuter then a picture of your baby first experiance with saint Nick.
