Went in for breakfast and met just a cold person working in the drive thru. When I pulled up to the menu, I heard a female voice ask me "What do you need?" I placed an order for biscuits and gravy and that was it. Then she said, "Pull forward". I get up to the window and no word said as I handed my card for payment. The window closed and 2 minutes later the window opened and she handed me my card and order then closed the window. Customer service clearly does not exist at this restaurant. I understand it was early and not everyone is a morning person, but no smile, no "Hello"...... nothing!! Good customer service is not given at this location. This has happened to me here before, I just didn't leave a review until this bad experience.

There wasn't a line at the drive thru when I had gone, service was good, the fries were good, but the burger? It was a miss. I had gotten the western bacon cheeseburger and when I got home to eat it, it was flat. The bun had been completely smashed, the patties were super thin and the onion rings were soft and falling apart. It seemed like they had pre-made burgers and just warmed them up when orders came in to be faster. And it wasn't that warm sadly.

Don’t order breakfast burritos from this location. For some reason the burritos are less than half the size as other locations. I thought it was just a mistake but I have gotten them 3 times now and they a super small. Worth about 1-2$ but the are over 5$. Don’t know why but it’s just this location. Buyer beware
