My experience being assessed for ADHD as an adult was a drawn out, stressful, unhelpful waste of time. After almost a year of going to PTI and not making progress with my symptoms, I went to a different neuropsychologist in BR and have had a much better experience.

Everyone there is so personable, professional and thorough. I love the open door policy of if you do have any problems the entire staff will do what they can to help. I highly recommend PTI and Anita Gilbert for to take care of you.

Although I have not started services with PTI, the new patient experience has been nothing short of amazing. Sadie has been such a phenomenal help. I have been putting off getting support for the longest time, but Sadie made the experience so easy and worry free. She checked my insurance, gave me cost details, and answered all of my questions. Had a psych evaluation because I've been struggling with mental health. Nurse practitioner made me feel rushed the entire time and at the end told me the institute would be reaching out to schedule an appointment with a therapist. This was going on 3 months ago and I haven't heard anything from them. How do you claim to help people and can't even complete the first step to get someone help. Major waste of time.
