The food was great; made my hash browns hot and fresh. The only thing that i didn't like was how the lady at the register was really rude to the other customers. She wouldn't let the homeless white man use the bathroom unless he bought something but didn't give the black lady any grief even though she was clearly homeless as well. I didn't feel like that was fair

Wow, this experience was ridiculous! Seriously read reviews before going into any restaurant even if it's fast food. We rarely go to McDonald's anymore due to the poor service and quality but we were out of town and just wanted some ice cream and a kids meal. This location is downtown in the city and remolded to obviously do online and kiosk orders. Which is fine but there is clearly an issue with the order of operations. And what's worse is that the manager doesn't seem to even care! We walked in and saw no one at the register and people who were just standing around with their receipt looking unhappy. No workers were out front and food was coming out but slowly and they dropped it off on a small counter with shelves and just yelled a number. So we used the kiosk to order and I thought maybe we'll have to wait 10 minutes vs just 5 that McDonald's usually does, okay! BUT then a woman came to the register and a line started. We watched the line order and get their food in just minutes and then happen over and over again. While we stood there waiting! After almost 30 minutes of watching people order at the register and get their food in minutes I asked the person bringing out the food what was going on but got no explanation except a sorry while she went to get us our food. I told the worker to mention this issue to the Manager and it turned out the Manager was the woman at the register, what a joke. She watched us standing there for a half hour while others ordered after us and got their food in minutes!! Smh!! Fix the issue, use the customer relation skills that all managers should have, multitask, look for satisfaction and problems and make sure service is being met fairly! She also chatted at the register with a few people who she seemed to know while I stood there with my two kids waiting. This issue put us behind an hour with the activities I had planned and threw off our whole day. All over a VERY simple order of operations concept that ALL restaurants follow. I really hope they can comprehend how to prioritize customers with fair ordering and fix the kiosk order because it's just going to continue a problem if not addressed!

This mcs is expensive but what do u expect it's downtown Denver!! The lady at the register was awesome!! She was so nice. We just purchased a fry to use the restroom but it's worth it when there's no free public restrooms. 😆 Food was good n fast!!

The inside is constantly full of sketch people asking for handouts or making a scene. Once saw a man carried out on a stretcher. Orders are constantly getting screwed up and sometimes have a funky taste. Just last week I got food poisoning here. That last bit ensured I'm done giving this place second chances.
