Asked for a spicey bean beef burrito, green sauce and got red. I absolutely hate the red sauce. This was after a disappointing wait and originally went for fries with nacho cheese and none available. Second choice, Mexican pizza not available either. The burrito was the 3rd choice.

I honestly have no idea why I’m wasting more of my time writing a review knowing very well that the franchisee won’t be receptive to feedback and won’t implement any positive changes to their store and that management won’t care to hear of a customer’s negative experience. I went inside for a mobile order because the drive-thru was 15 cars deep and still waited 25 minutes to receive the wrong order while they gave mine to someone in the drive thru. No napkins or sauces were provided either. The manager spent more time entertaining what I assume was her dwarf boyfriend who was talking to her while in the lobby. Fast food isn’t fast.

Not so often, maybe once every year, I’ll get an irresistible craving for two Steak Chalupas with a crunch taco and some fire sauce on the side. And that is exactly what happened almost a year ago. So I pull up to order my number 6 and wait in the permanent line they have there. Which is where my confusion begins. See, the first time I went I asked them specifically for no cheese or sour cream because I really don’t believe these ingredients belong on a taco, but their Dorrito flavored tacos are a crowd favorite, so who am I to say what belongs where? I finally get my bag and there is sour cream & cheese on the taco. As an introvert, I never really want to park my car, get out and walk into the facility to ask them to remake my taco. So I ate it but I was never quite happy because of that. I’m a nice guy, so I decide to try my luck a second time the very next day, and the same thing happens. It’s been almost a year and I have a feeling I’ll get that craving sometime soon. I hope that this review will make it just in time for the owner to realize that they need to pay their employees more in order for them to be successful at their job.

Everything I ordered was CORRECT, hot and fresh. When usually, I end up having to pick tomatoes off after asking for none. Also my girls burrito had sour cream on it like she asked and now the burrito isn't the only thing with cream on it. 😉 Thanks Taco Bell for coming in clutch today.
