Prices are ridiculous. $8 for a vinyl record now? I saw a $150 drum set which is insane. I was going to Will Ferrel it but I didn’t. They put out a lot of broken items. Cashiers are nice.

Prices are getting too high. Even for a thrift store... And there is less and less things being put out in the isles.. which I understand is due to neatness but there is almost nothing that is less than $5 now. A basic T-shirt will run you $7 now at Goodwill while the Salvation Army is still $1.99 for the same item.. probably not going to shop at Goodwill anymore.

Wasting my time even I came to donate some clothes with “good will”. Try to drop off some used clothes for donation during my lunch break. The lady in donation center keep ask me to wait after other even I came first( because “others” carries heavy stuff and looks elder than me?). I said I just came for drop off no need for receipt. Then she said drop beside door still not letting me in. How rude she just stand there and commands like a boss with her bias “political correctness”.

I’ve been to a lot of of Goodwill‘s from San Dimas to Fontana even Long Beach, but Goodwill’s on 17518 Colima Rd Roland Heights California 91748, Talk to people like their trash they do not explain the reason why they do certain things they just talk to people like their trash I watched a manager tell this lady she can hold the picture behind the register she couldn’t put the picture in the basket because the was to big. And are telling customers you cannot pay for your merchandise can still shop, and managers supervisors everyone do not come in your store to start a mess you need to learn how to communicate.
