As a delivery driver for any third party your wait time could be 30min to an hour. It seems they only prioritize their drive-thru. It took a customer ten or more minutes to be seen at the counter. As a driver you should definitely GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU

Just another fast food place where its impossible to buy a milkshake after 11pm. Why don’t they clean the machine during breakfast hours? Its not like Jack In the Box is busy making fresh food

I'm in from out of town and I always visit Jack in the Box practice location. I have never been disappointed. My last visit was unplanned and as usual staff and management team went above and beyond to help this poor old lady get her order straight. Thanks for the help and blessed be to all those who visit this is a great place
