Food was ok, service wasn't awful, but I'm never able to scan my app for points, nor am I ever able to redeem my points at this location. Everytime I visit, they tell me their scanner is down.

First time at this Wendy's and I have to say it's great. I will go here from now on even though it's out of my way a little. Great food quality, temperature and awesome crew, order also came out faster than I expected, not a small order either

4 stars for the teammates that took and deliver my order, good customer service. I would give them less stars, but the food can be fixed and corrected. my order was wrong I had to go back and when I got home the sodas were flat. It's alright not the end of the world. Keep up the good service.

I got these quickly in 3 separate bags (sounds like someone is saving the food in storage). Oakland's spicy chicken was AMAZING. Fresh spicy "hot and ready guaranteed" these ain't fresh. These ain't guaranteed. What the hell were you thinking giving customers this garbage. You wouldn't feed it to your momma then don't feed it to the people who pay money for some spicy chickens it ain't hard to cook them right quick. Can't even type from this disappointment. Got a refund though.
