Why do they continue to put me on hold for over an hour letting me know I am next when they closed their office and I'm still on hold???? Very unprofessional. They need improvements on their phone lines asap.

I love the staff in the back, the dr is very friendly. But you girls are right. The phone system is HORRIBLE. The other day I was calledr 4 then 3 then 2 then 1 and you better believe the time i was caller 4 again. So frustrating....
