I have Been trying to make an appointment for the last 3-4 months! uploaded everything they are asking for. On my end it says completed they keep telling me I haven't completed what they're requesting. If I need help email them, they won't answer land line. Ridiculous. I'm changing ent! Horrible Horrible service!

Do not go to this doctor's office . They are the worst people to deal with and so unpleasant and so unprofessional! They literally never answer their phones, they always turn their patients away to other offices because they don't want to help you or want to work. They are so rude and have no experience in what they do , how hard is it to work in a office. They constantly hang up on you when you actually do reach someone and have no knowledge to even a phone clearly, they should get a different job since they don't know how to work there. Just very rude people and unpleasant. I've never ever had to deal with people like this or doctor's offices. No wonder they have no stars. And clearly the doctor don't care either if this is how they continue to act. Don't go here ,find a different doctor. Worst place ever ! They are very lucky I didn't go in the office.

I was told to check in 20 minutes before my appointment since I was a new patient, and that was by texting. I did that, I texted for over 30 minutes with no answer. When someone finally came out, she took one of the people that came after me, whose appointment time was after mine. When I brought it to the girls attention, I realized she was hearing impaired, and couldn't understand me. I pointed to my ear and asked for someone that could here, she pointed to a young man in the back of the office, I spoke loud enough for him to hear me, and he said he would let someone know. This lady comes flying out of the back, yelling at me to leave because I was being hostel. I told her I was not, I had just asked for someone hearing, so that I could explain the situation. She kept on yelling at me to get out, that they would not see me there, and I asked why, she said I was scaring the patients. She was the one making a huge scene out of nothing. I have severe vertigo and dizziness, that's why I was there, I also have an aneurism (among other things) that has not yet been treated, so this situation was not good for me. When I told her that, she had the audacity to say I wasn't sick, she made comments about my age, and my health and verbally attacked me to the point of causing a panic attack, the EMT's had to be called. I will be filing a police report, and reporting it to the insurance. She said she is one of the doctors there, I find it hard to believe that a medical professional would behave that way, so if she is, she needs her license revoked.

I love the staff in the back, the dr is very friendly. But you girls are right. The phone system is HORRIBLE. The other day I was calledr 4 then 3 then 2 then 1 and you better believe the time i was caller 4 again. So frustrating....
He is a really good doctor. The problem is he is the specialist in the area. With that he has a large amount of clients but sorry to say that to me the better way of getting things handled is the go to the office directly. You will never get through on the phones.
I am with everyone else. Just go in or call and request them. But more then likely you will have to go in so they make sure they are giving the records to the correct person for HIPPA, reasons. It's for your protection.
